Location: US West – San Francisco Bay Area or San Diego Preferred
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the technical delivery of our behavioral biometric solutions to our customers. You will work with the account teams in the West to develop and implement systems architecture to meet business needs. You should be able to clearly articulate complex problems to managers, architects, and other stakeholders. You will gather requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems to identify areas in need of improvement.
As a BehavioSec Solution Architect reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will:
⊕Work closely with customers to understand, gather, and define clients’ key technical requirements for product integration.
⊕ Propose software solutions which meet the requirements, implement, and provide technically viable integration steps with sample code.
⊕ Provide presales support for POCs and participate in technical discovery calls with prospective clients.
⊕ Collaborate with clients post sales to develop project and implementation plans.
⊕ Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, and Data Scientists to ensure effective delivery of POCs and projects.
⊕Manage the non-functional requirements – continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
⊕Liaison between the customer and first/second tier support and engineering.
⊕ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
⊕ 5+ years of working experience with enterprise solutions, preferably focusing on cybersecurity, risk and/or identity and access management.
⊕ Proven hands-on technical experience in designing and building security solutions.
⊕Good mobile platforms experience, preferably Android apps integrations and rollout.
⊕ Well-versed in database skills in MySQL, Oracle, Amazon RDS, or SQL Server.
⊕Strong ability to design and implement end-to-end, large-scale application debugging/performance monitoring, measurement, and high availability systems.
⊕Experience with production integration via REST API and mobile SDK.
⊕Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts effectively.
⊕Good application security and cybersecurity space knowledge.
⊕Open to learn new technologies like Kafka, Snowflake, Elastic, etc.
⊕Willing to learn from and teach others.
⊕Knowledge of cloud services and data storage with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
⊕ Cloud implementation experience.
⊕ Docker implementation experience a plus.
⊕ Knowledge of fraud/ATO.
⊕ Understanding of security, identity, and/or SSO products.
