BehavioSec is seeking a highly strategic, process and detail-oriented Senior Business Program Manager to join BehavioSec’s Operations team. This person will partner with executive leadership and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders with the objective of ensuring cross-functional projects are executed flawlessly while enabling leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with agile methodologies, SaaS projects, be an analytical thinker, an excellent problem solver, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and able to focus on details without losing track of the big picture. The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical acumen, and experience managing cross-functional work streams and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, scope and coordinate internal resources to ensure business-critical projects and initiatives are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Build partnerships with key cross-functional stakeholders and manage ongoing relationships to help solve complex problems on behalf of the business
Develop comprehensive project plans to share with stakeholders
Monitor, track and manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs
Drive operational reviews and rhythm of the business, leading business analysis including revenue, customer and market analysis
Improve operational excellence by identifying and executing on initiatives that create efficiencies, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.
Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry, trends) to derive insights that will drive business decisions
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders providing objective, data driven guidance on key initiatives
Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
7 + years of work experience in a Business/Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Business Planning, and/or Strategy consulting role, or 5+ years of experience with an MBA/Masters degree
Experience leading end-to-end execution of SaaS projects using Agile best practices
Experience successfully leading projects and driving initiatives in a distributed work environment with cross-functional stakeholders located across multiple time zones
Advanced software skills with spreadsheets, presentation software and project management tools
Proven ability to lead teams to hit deadlines.
MBA or graduate degree
Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
Stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple partners simultaneously
Demonstrated experience addressing business problems using data sets and insights
Demonstrated experience presenting technical content to a wide range of audiences
Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools
