You’ll serve as the regional marketing lead and bridge between global marketing and the tangible acceleration of sales in the North American market. In your inbound and ABM efforts, you’ll ensure that our global campaigns, product marketing content, sales enablement tools, and digital marketing programs and offers are tuned in message, relevance, execution, and measurement to meet and exceed regional quarterly business goals – and to offer prospects a first-in-class, fully integrated, full-funnel customer journey.
As our regional marketing lead reporting to our global head of marketing, your mission will be:
⊕ Regional marketing strategy & planning – Provide regional inputs into the global plan and propose the regional plan including budget, tactics, and KPIs to ensure that the global plan is fully regionalized, mapped, calendared, and measured according to regional sales targets.
⊕ Integrated campaign execution – Work closely with the digital marketing and ops lead to ensure full resourcing, execution, and management of marketing programs (including events!) whether online or eventually – live in person for the field.
⊕ Regional ABM strategy & execution – In addition/complementary to our inbound strategy, you’ll need to understand the regional profiles/account target list and personas, devise personalization strategy, and manage execution to reach the right contacts with the right touchpoints and lead them to meaningful conversations with sales – including new, renewal, and expansion business.
⊕ Support partner jGTM activity – Work with our partner lead, regional sales lead, and with our partner contacts to execute joint programs and activities, including our sponsorship and participation at partner events.
⊕ Wearing more hats – Yes – we are a startup. We all wear a lot of hats. So on occasion, you will too.
⊕ Minimum 5-7 years – hands-on including strong, startup-growth-hack experience specializing in ABM/high touch models selling to very-large enterprise.
⊕ Field marketing knowledge and expertise in region – you must know the North American enterprise customer of high tech solutions and be familiar with the dynamics in key verticals like financial services, insurance, health care, government, and online retail that are often under regulatory pressure. And of course, you also must know current best practices for demand and lead gen.
⊕ You must excel at working closely and successfully with sales – as an extended part of their North American team, while representing the marketing function and ensuring bi-directional alignment.
⊕ Experience managing vendors and contracts – representing your company to your peers in partner organizations, and when the world is ready, be available and able to travel within North America.
⊕ Native-level English language – you’ll be assisting with corp editing and polish across public-facing collateral, social, web, email, etc.
⊕ Experience in identity or cybersecurity market preferred. Experience in high tech marketing is essential.
You are a marketeer that loves to be more focused in scope, close to the customer, and working with sales daily.
You are comfortable bending that line between 1:N marketing and sales programs – your goal is to help your regional team hit the mark with customers that ask to be references.
You’re a genius at mapping tactics to persona communication preferences and finding the watering holes of your targets, with a great sense of what makes a great offer. You engage and recruit influencers to tell our story and share your work and learnings with the global team.
Importantly, you’ve got that type A energy and detail-oriented project management chops that ensures when we run a webcast, sponsor an event, set up a customer advisory board, or invite high value prospects to a virtual wine-tasing event – no detail is missed and execution is seamless, with results on track.
