Software Automation Test Engineer

Location: Luleå


This is a technical role. You will be part of our Engineering team both as a creative and technical contributor. You will be building and performing tests to verify the QA of the BehavioSense platform data, build new models based on the data, and make sure the models scale with the business. We encourage a multidisciplinary approach and we want to you to take responsibility for your models from idea to production.

What You’ll Do

  • Design specification, implementation, and testing of Behavioral Biometrics software mainly for financial institutions.
  • Technical analysis, verification, and validation of the software.
  • Execution of code and architecture reviews to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
  • Perform acceptance, functional, regression, and exploratory testing on the BehavioSense platform. Take care of manual, automation tests, and investigate production issues.
  • Read remote system logs.
  • Create test plans, test documentation, and manuals.
  • Have a proactive approach within the team. Communicate and collaborate with colleagues within and outside of the Software department to deliver the best value.

Ideally You Have

  • A B.S. and/or M.S. in a relevant field or experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of QA process and methodology.
  • Automatization skills using high level programming languages.
  • System administration skills.
  • Experience with test management tools.
  • Software engineering skills in an object oriented programming language.
