At BehavioSec you will work as a member of the direct sales team handling the technical aspects of selling the BehavioSec solution to our customers. Our clients span different business sectors and sizes. You will be the trusted advisor and team mate to the account manager serving customers and prospects in Asia Pacific.
Candidates will have the responsibility for actively leading and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycle. You will be in the position to present and demonstrate BehavioSec technology and solutions to both business and technical users. You will manage all technical aspects of your assigned accounts to assure comprehensive client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Excellent customer-facing presentation and communication skills with the aptitude to demonstrate BehavioSec products and services to customers on site, remotely via webinar sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows.
Thorough understanding of the sales lifecycle process and technical solution selling.
Self-motivated with a consistent track record in technical software sales and knowledge of technology.
Strong ability to collaborate along with dynamic presentation skills and the ability to communicate with clients effectively.
Comfortable working as a team with a sales partner for an early stage leading-edge organization.
Ability to project manage evaluations and articulate technical and business value to a wide range of audiences from senior executives, program managers and technologists.
Experienced, self-motivated and driven with the ability to perform and excel independently.
10 years related enterprise experience in selling and supporting software products
Experience in cyber, cyber security, authentication or biometrics technologies dealing with compromised credentials is a plus.
Comfortable developing new relationships and quickly extracting technical architecture and solution requirements.
Willing to travel to visit prospects and customers within the territory and to engage in onsite customer sales activity when required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to learn, grow and be a part of our selling team.
Bachelor’s degree of Science, Business and Marketing is preferred, and we will consider a strong candidate with degrees in other disciplines.
Ability to be organized and analytical and able to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.
Preferred candidates should reside in the western United States with access to a major airport.
Day to Day Expectations:
Consult directly with clients to deliver sales value-oriented presentations and explain the technical aspects of BehavioSec capabilities. This includes performing initial customer application discovery with prospective customers and elaborating on feature requirements of the solution.
Collaborate in partnership with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering and customers as necessary, to determine successful approaches for BehavioSec evaluations.
Maintain communication with customers and partners, ensuring the timely flow of solution and technical information with the account.
Provide input into product and research direction by establishing technical requirements, sharing market feedback with product management, and providing feedback on product roadmaps and release definitions.
Actively collaborate with the sales team to complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing input on technical requirements.
Understand the sales cycle and strategies. Provide valuable input to constantly improve sales strategy. Actively implement and support the approach and processes as defined by sales management.
Manages the account from an organizational, financial and product standpoint. Ability to clearly outline and develop business cases. Prepares well for sales meetings, has data readily available, and immediately follows up on open issues and concerns.
Maintain and update all required sales tools and communication channels used by the BehavioSec sales team.
