Sales Development Representative

Location: US West – REMOTE


The Mission

The Sales Development Rep is a role requiring high-energy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills. To qualify sales opportunities, you will have excellent phone and email skills, and will need to collaborate closely with marketing and the enterprise sales team to research, prospect, and build a pipeline. And you will be diligently responsible for tracking customer interactions and information within Salesforce.


The Role

As a BehavioSec Sales Development Rep reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will:

   Efficiently respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads.

    Outbound prospect against Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) within Target Account Lists (TAL) via phone, email, and social outreach.

    Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e., adding contacts, account profiling, and strategic partner collaboration.)

Must-Have Requirements

    2+ years of outbound SDR experience selling into Information Security, Fraud, or Identity.  Or 2+ years SDR experience selling into banks and financial services.

    Salesforce experience running reports, managing accounts and lead statuses, and forecasting pipeline.

   Hunting experience with sales tools like ZoomInfo, Seamless, HubSpot, and SalesNavigator.

    Strong written and verbal communications skills.

    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    Superior active listening, qualification, and consultative skills.
