The Strategic Alliance Manager for Systems Integrators will drive strategy and relationship management to accelerate our alliance ecosystem, expand its customer base and revenue, and strengthen our distribution channels worldwide.
As a BehavioSec Strategic Alliance Manager reporting to the VP, Alliances & Business Development, you will:
⊕ Develop, manage, and enhance BehavioSec relationships with the Global Systems Integrator community (GSI).
⊕Drive partner and technical integration efforts with BehavioSec alliance partners within the GSI community and help formulate unique combined solutions that complement a unique joint GTM value proposition.
⊕Act as the main BehavioSec interface across multiple functional teams: executive, sales, product, marketing, and legal.
⊕Maintain a healthy balance on both the strategic imperatives of portfolio integration and tactical needs of near-term deal flow.
⊕ Help create and execute upon a global marketing and pipeline/demand generation plan with field sales teams.
⊕Act as both an external evangelist for BehavioSec within the GSI community, and as an internal advocate on behalf of the partner set with multiple internal teams, including product, training, marketing, legal, and the executive team.
⊕ Maintain governance and communication on the progress of partner relationship status with external and internal stakeholders consistently through QBR’s, etc.
⊕ Support joint GTM activity with partners that include partner-sponsored trade shows, field-level enablement, field team mapping, creation of partner generated collateral and white papers.
⊕Monitor and measure partner progress using Salesforce.
⊕ 5+ years of working experience with enterprise solutions, preferably focusing on cybersecurity and or identity.
⊕ Ability to engage with external customers in both a business and technical capacity. Past experience in technical BD roles a plus.
⊕ Both a Team Player and self-starter with the ability to drive and manage multiple projects from concept to completion/rollout with minimal guidance.
⊕ Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and virtual environment.
⊕Strong technical communication and presentation skills, including oral, written, and virtual (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Webex).
⊕Demonstrated ability in working with large global partners and interfacing with senior leadership.
⊕Willingness to travel up to 40%+ of the time on a WW basis when COVID-19 subsides.
