This position will act as an invaluable resource for BehavioSec’s growth. The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and directing BehavioSec’s global content, one that unites inter-industry relationship building, unified marketing and messaging platform, and strong sales enablement structure. Your role is invaluable to develop a consistent brand identity for a company and establish its online presence.
This role oversees all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior. The Marketing Content Manager will work aside and collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and the rest of the team to provide and build the marketing content strategy. Managing content creation, and creative campaign development. This position needs an analytical, yet creative, talented writer and content curator. The Marketing Content Manager knows how to present ideas in a simple, straightforward, yet creative manner, so it appeals to our audience. At the same time have just enough personality to keep it engaging.
The role includes curating content for inbound, outbound and marketing initiatives to enhance brand, thought leadership, awareness and demand gen. Ability to multi-task, wear multiple hats, and manage changing priorities, meet self-imposed deadlines with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential. A self-starter, deadline-oriented with minimal need for supervision or regular direction.
Duties and responsibilities:
⊕ Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver bottom-line results.
⊕ Collaborates across internal stakeholders to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives and prioritize accordingly.
⊕ Create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion.
⊕ Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
⊕ Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each, and why.
⊕ Guide social media content to help grow our followers, engage and retain them and ultimately convert to leads, customers, fans and promoters.
⊕ Measure and optimize content programs on a regular and ongoing basis.
⊕ Develop and oversee content strategies and calendar to help drive the company brand, educate prospects through every phase of the funnel and drive lead generation goals.
⊕ Work with team to manage and craft key messaging documents, personas, ICPs, and messaging framework and key messaging guides, tone and style guides.
⊕ Serve as editor for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency.
⊕ Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed.
⊕ Elevate industry conversation by developing content tailored to campaign objectives that can aid audiences internally and externally to better understand differentiators and value propositions.
⊕ Collaborate across different teams including support, customer success, sales, data science, and development to create the best content as they all have a unique view of the product, ideal marketing persona, and customer feedback.
⊕ Collaborate with team to develop promotional concepts.
⊕ Collaborate with the team for winning campaigns, events, email marketing, and thought leadership.
⊕ Guide, mentor and collaborate with team for digital content to ensure high click-through rates, and conversions.
The Content Marketing Manager job description should contain the following requirements and qualifications:

⊕ 5+ years of experience in producing and managing content with channel- specific knowledge
